Responsibilities
- Create pricing recommendations for prospective customers by assessing business conditions, volume expectations, and account characteristics.
- Evaluate profitability across customer segments and provide analysis that supports stronger financial performance.
- Review pricing trends, uncover areas for adjustment, and present strategic suggestions to improve margin and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to support pricing initiatives and align recommendations with business goals.
- Refined analytical models, reporting tools, and dashboards to strengthen pricing visibility and improve the quality of insights.
- Use data platforms and business intelligence tools to investigate issues, develop solutions, and track the impact of implemented actions.
- Support operational adoption of updated tools and reporting processes by providing analytical guidance during change initiatives.
- Contribute analytical expertise to continuous improvement efforts and strategic projects, including Lean-based initiatives.
- Carry out additional finance and reporting assignments as needed to support leadership priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a comparable role with exposure to finance and operational reporting.
- Strong capability in financial analysis, pricing analysis, variance analysis, and trend evaluation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables; experience with Alteryx is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI Desktop and other reporting or visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from varied data sources.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as business needs require.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with financial modeling software such as Crystal Ball or similar tools.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
