This position will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for a global leader in the manufacturing industry. The role requires expertise in financial modeling and budget management to drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:• Lead financial analysis for key business initiatives, including variance analysis and forecasting.• Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and resource allocation.• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance trends and recommend cost optimization strategies.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with reporting standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior analytical role.• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
