Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a company in Scottsdale, AZ to fill an onsite Financial Analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Help the accounting team create and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, explain variances in results, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare reports and presentations that clearly explain financial performance to management.
• Work with different departments to support business planning and decision-making.
• Maintain and update financial models, budgets, and forecasting tools.
• Assist with special projects by analyzing business scenarios and evaluating potential outcomes.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other financial reporting tools.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recent experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.

Pay

$28.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Onsite, Monday through Friday.
