Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with finance and operational leaders as a hands-on contributor to business and financial decisions.
• Help build annual budgets and maintain ongoing forecasts across multiple entities.
• Put together accurate, on-time financial reporting packages for internal teams and external partners.
• Compare actual results to budget and forecast, and explain what's driving the variances.
• Join regular financial review meetings with operational leaders to talk through performance and key drivers.
• Calculate provider compensation using established models and operational data.
• Build financial models and pro forma analyses to assess new initiatives, acquisitions, and process changes.
• Take on ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
• Build strong cross-departmental relationships to keep collaboration and alignment strong.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to help others make informed decisions.
• Hold a high bar for integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in everything you do.

Skills And Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or operational finance.
• Solid grasp of financial statements: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfortable working with large datasets and building models.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Strong communicator who can collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving toward clear decisions.
• Experience in multi-entity environments; healthcare background is a plus.
• Skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
