Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supports Financial Planning & Analysis to facilitate business objectives.
• Produces regular and ad hoc reports using financial and operational data.
• Updates models and performs ad-hoc financial analysis for FP&A.
• Evaluates and assists in the development of high impact value-add analysis.
• Supports divisional, regional, and community teams through projections, annual budgeting cycle, and rate increase process.
• Aids in the preparation and execution of month-end reporting.
• Generates detailed financial reports and summaries.
• Responds to ad-hoc reporting requests from management and other stakeholders.
• Conducts special projects and analyses as required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 2+ years of finance/accounting experience (CPA or PeopleSoft skills a plus).
