Responsibilities
- Support North America’s Weekly sales, Month-End Close, LBE Confirms & LBE forecasts
- Consolidation of financial forecasts and actuals reporting
- Partners with Affiliate commercial and functional teams to analyze Sales, P&L and Balance Sheet performance versus various financial benchmarks
- Provides timely and accurate reporting to management leveraging your knowledge of the finance systems and your familiarity with the business operations
- Gains exposure to the full P&L each LBE cycle, learning key business drivers from each department
- Collaborates with DHQ teams to prepare and analyze LBE submissions
- Maintains an effective and efficient planning process for the division and functional areas being supported, including the coordination of a planning calendar with key dates and deliverables
- Support other Ad Hoc finance requests or enquiries from business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of full-time finance and/or accounting experience
- Intermediate/Advanced computer applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
- Strong analytical, problem solving, variance analysis skills, accuracy, and attention to details
- Ability to learn system software and databases quickly (SAP, Essbase, HFM)

Pay
