Essential Functions
- Aid students in navigating the financial aid process.
- Complete applications, verify documents, and submit required forms.
- Conduct financial aid presentations and individual counseling sessions.
- Evaluate student financial aid applications.
- Maintain accurate and complete student financial aid records.
- Resolve complex financial aid issues and provide excellent service to students.
- Stay updated with changes in financial aid regulations.
- Develop and implement financial aid policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in financial aid or student services.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state financial aid programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay
$25-$28/hr. (Salary is based on experience and education.)

Work Environment

- Regularly sits for extended periods.
- Physical ability to perform program- or department-related duties.
- Proficient in using electronic keyboards and office equipment.
- Effective verbal communication via phone and in person.
- Able to read fine print, operate computers, and understand voices clearly.
- Able to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing 10-25 pounds as needed.
