The Financial Aid Officer is responsible for managing financial aid programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing guidance to students and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial aid applications and disbursements
• Ensure compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations
• Provide guidance and support to students and families regarding financial aid options
• Conduct outreach to potential students and families about financial aid opportunities
• Prepare reports and documentation as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Experience in financial aid administration or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations
• Experience with financial aid software systems
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
