About the role

The Financial Aid Officer is responsible for managing financial aid programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing guidance to students and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial aid applications and disbursements
• Review and process financial aid forms and documentation
• Provide counseling and support to students and families regarding financial aid options
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to financial aid
• Prepare reports and maintain records related to financial aid programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial aid administration
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state financial aid policies and procedures
• Experience with financial aid software systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
