Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence in supporting finance procurement operations for Product Tech teams and their related systems.
- Manage and facilitate a timely, accurate month-end close process, including ownership of accruals and variance analysis.
- Execute finance-related tasks such as supplier sourcing, contract review, purchase orders, invoice reviews, supplier management, and management reporting.
- Identify process gaps, lead projects for workflow automation, and collaborate on integration of automated billing for high-volume spend across multiple suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of the general ledger.
- Profound knowledge and proficiency in P2P procurement, purchase order workflows, and accounting concepts such as Capex vs. Opex, accruals, and prepaids.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday Financials and Tableau, automated billing integrations, and workflow optimization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
