Role Details

As the Finance Manager USA, you will take ownership of finance for Visy Logistics in the United States, supporting a growing business with strong expansion plans. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with leadership and operational teams to drive financial performance, improve processes, and support commercial decision making. You will play a key role in bridging finance and operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and meaningful insights to support business growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the U.S. logistics business
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Drive process and system improvements across finance and operations
• Monitor business performance, including revenue, margins, and cost efficiency
• Support commercial activities through contract review, pricing analysis, and profitability insights
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, reporting standards, and U.S. statutory requirements

What You Will Bring To The Team

• CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent)
• 10+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or commercial finance roles
• Experience with Cargowise software
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments
• Proven ability to manage reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a dynamic environment
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
