Finance Manager

About the role

This role is onsite and supports financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis for a fast-growing business unit.

Responsibilities

• Builds financial models, including forecasting, ROI, and operational models
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and variance analysis
• Analyzes P&L performance, cost drivers, margins, and operating metrics
• Works closely with leaders across operations, claims, product, and commercial teams to provide clear business recommendations

Requirements

• 6–8 years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or related experience
• Strong Excel financial modeling experience, including forecasting, ROI, and operational models
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and variance analysis
• Ability to analyze P&L performance, cost drivers, margins, and operating metrics
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to work across multiple departments

Preferred Experience

• Experience with NetSuite
• CPA or MBA
• Experience building or scaling 3-statement financial models
• Prior experience mentoring, supervising, or managing employees
• Experience supporting insurance, claims, logistics, repairs, or device protection-related businesses
