About the position
The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the Go-To-Market (GTM) finance function. Reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM Finance, this role will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support to drive financial/strategic execution for the company’s business.
Responsibilities
- Drive and own planning and forecasting efforts for GTM functions, including the long-term plan, annual financial plan, and monthly forecasts
- Actively engage with senior GTM leadership, including C-level and VP+ leaders across Marketing, Partners, Business Development, Customer Success, and others
- Develop financial models that reflect an aligned approach between Corporate and GTM initiatives, investment priorities, and efficiency goals
- Deliver analysis and reporting of the business’s financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
- Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends, and develop key insights and recommendations to GTM business leaders
- Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies, automation, and data analyses
- Provide analytical decision-making support for business partners
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management
- Focus on aligning GTM metrics with corporate strategy and appropriate market opportunities
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience working in high-growth technology, preferably with experience in SaaS, Cloud, Security, and/or AISales and/or Marketing finance experience required.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) finance business partner experience preferred
- Deep understanding of P&L components, unit economics, commercial functions, and common SaaS metrics
- Familiarity with GTM metrics, including pipeline (conversion, coverage ratios, etc.) and customer unit economics (LTV/CAC, contribution margin)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to present to senior GTM leadership
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentations. Proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
- Advanced financial modeling and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
