About the role
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Manage financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of FP&A systems and analytics
- Lead the development and execution of financial plans and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed financial analyses
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or similar roles
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems and analytics tools
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Experience with project management methodologies
Skills
- Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
