About the role

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Manage financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of FP&A systems and analytics
• Lead the development and execution of financial plans and forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed financial analyses
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or similar roles
• Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Experience with cloud-based financial systems and analytics tools
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with project management methodologies

Skills

• Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
