Support the Anaplan Revenue Planning process
Support Hyperion Planning and Reporting Systems
Support Commercial Reporting Systems (Datamarts/Databricks/PowerBI)
Identify areas for efficiency improvements. Create, propose and implement efficiency improvements
Support the Program Allocation processes
Support transition to SAC planning and reporting where applicable
Support the Master Data Governance (MDG) and Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes
Support access and alignment to downstream systems such as HCM and Ariba
Integral member of our Super User team, by providing training, supporting and best practices to our Super User team
Calendaring and Project Planning for System readiness for Forecast, Budget and Long Range Planning
Change Management and Governance (DR) processes for Revenue and P&L Planning
IT Liaison
Manage and streamline Documentation and Training across the FP&A Organization

5+ years of experience corporate and/or global finance environments (preferably in-house corporate FP&A)
Deep understanding of financial planning processes and their importance
In-depth experience with financial planning applications, including implementing, using, and enhancing (Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, and SAP strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of Relational Database Theory and proven financial modeling experience
Strong organizational and people skills and an ability to work autonomously and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present and communicate effectively at all levels of the org
Strong analytical skills, close attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving ability
Sound judgment, problem-solving, and collaboration in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to problems and the ability to effectively influence business partners and decisions to the benefit of the Company
