About the role

The Finance Manager supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. Responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. The role also provides financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and develops analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and increasing efficiencies. May serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Additional responsibilities include development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new programs and recommend strategies for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop analytical reports to enhance process improvements and increase efficiencies.
• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders.
• Develop financial plans and budgets.
• Support month-end review of financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years of Finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification.
• Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $42.96 - $67.82 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
