About the role
The Finance Manager supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and serves on local leadership committees as assigned.
- Responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets.
- Provides financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develops financial plans, budgets, and supports month-end review of financial statements.
- Serves as a resource to clinical service line leaders.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field or equivalent education/experience.
- 5 years Finance experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Upon hire: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Upon hire: Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification.
- Upon hire: Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
