Full-Time - Senior Manager, Finance

About the role

The Senior Manager, Finance provides financial leadership and strategic partnership for the Couplings business, supporting North America operations and collaborating globally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary finance partner to leadership teams, delivering analysis, insights, and recommendations.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals and oversee financial governance across sites.
• Manage key planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and SOX.
• Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Support operational decision-making by evaluating productivity initiatives, capital investments, and strategic projects.
• Participate in the SIOP process, assessing business risks and financial impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, analytical capabilities, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 8+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Expertise in financial statements, cost accounting, and operational finance.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making within a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA and/or CPA
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Supporting multi-site/global operations
• Experience with strategic planning and process improvements
