Full-Time - Senior Manager, Finance

Role Overview This senior finance position partners with operational and leadership teams to drive financial performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence within a manufacturing or project-based environment. The role involves leading all finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial reporting across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary finance business partner, providing insights and recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business objectives and improve profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize working capital, cost control, and manufacturing performance.Lead financial processes for project revenue, backlog, and risk management, supporting project-based operations.Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and accounting standards, managing internal and external audits.Standardize financial processes and promote continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology and analytics.Develop and mentor finance staff, fostering a high-performance culture and organizational capability. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (CPA, CMA, CGA) preferred.8+ years of progressive finance leadership, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or electrical infrastructure sectors.Experience partnering with operational leaders, managing multi-site finance teams, and supporting project-based operations.Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance expertise.Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills with a solid business acumen.Experience within environments requiring SOX compliance and working in multi-location or multi-site settings preferred.
