Finance Manager (Full-Time)

Role Overview

Seeking a Head of Finance to lead strategic capital initiatives, manage financial operations, and contribute to AI research in finance-focused reinforcement learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative financing instruments for RL environment buildouts
• Manage working capital, cash cycles, and company P&Ls, including margins and COGS
• Oversee capital accounts and liaise with accounting teams for financial health
• Maintain relationships with banking partners for debt and credit facilities
• Drive research on RL environments for strategic finance tasks

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience structuring debt for capex-heavy, asset-backed projects
• Proven track record managing lender and banking relationships
• Expertise in operating metrics for project-based businesses
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Ability to automate finance processes using AI agents
• Interest in technical research and AI engineering
