Finance Manager

About the role

Eaton’s Aerospace group, Fluid and Electrical Distribution business is seeking a Finance Manager in Jackson, MI. Relocation assistance is available. The Jackson site employs approximately 850 people across three shifts, is part of the Conveyance business unit, supports military and commercial business, and has been designated as a high‑growth business within the group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Profit Plan and Business Review presentations for senior management team
• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, profit planning, and business reviews
• Analyze financial and operational performance, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain and improve standard cost accounting, inventory valuation, and fixed asset processes
• Manage capital expenditure requests, payback analyses, and fixed asset controls
• Ensure compliance with Eaton accounting policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls
• Provide financial support for government contracts, including FAR and TINA compliance
• Partner with operations leaders to identify cost
