Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly business reviews.
• Analyze trends, key performance indicators, and profitability to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
• Develop financial models that support business planning and executive decision-making.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other business partners to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and financial processes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Support long-range planning, special projects, and strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Business Finance.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with confidence working alongside senior leadership.
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers through thoughtful financial analysis and recommendations.
• A proactive, intellectually curious professional who enjoys improving processes and driving business results.
