Finance Manager

Ponte Vedra Beach company is seeking a Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, standard operating procedures, and processes to ensure controls, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and earnings.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Manage the end-to-end monthly closing processes.
• Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments.
