Finance Manager
About the role
The Finance Manager within the Product Finance organization will partner with leaders in BE Finance and Product to drive financial optimization and growth. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will focus on driving financial models for various Product entities, including Bookings, revenue, COGS, Opex for HC, Cloud Infrastructure Spend, margin analysis, SKU COGs analysis, and new product costs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance Management and Product Business Partners to optimize financial strategies and growth initiatives.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting for forecast submissions, variance analysis, and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze results, distill business performance indicators, assess risk, and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Communicate spend types effectively and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with Business Partners and Leaders to update financial outlooks and collaborate with other FP&A, Operations, and Accounting teams.
- Provide proactive analysis of transactional details and build credibility through accurate financial modeling.
- Support senior-level engagements and maintain a proactive, deadline-conscious approach to driving results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A, including managing P&Ls, OpEx budgets, revenue/cost modeling, and infrastructure spend.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong financial modeling experience.
- Ability to dive into details, deliver timely results, and support senior-level engagement.
- Strong systems skills (Hyperion, Anaplan, Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI, Essbase).
Qualifications
- Prior experience with P&Ls and supporting large engineering teams is required.
- Masters Degree or equivalent experience in Business/Finance preferred.

The starting salary range for this position is $109,500.00 to $142,400.00, with additional potential for bonus and equity. Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $109,500.00 to $142,400.00, reflecting the projected salary range for new hires in U.S. and Canadian locations. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, and other factors.
Schedule
The role is expected to be hybrid, with two days of in-office attendance each week, with limited exceptions.
