Responsibilities
- Offer financing to both internal/external customers, including a thorough explanation of financing options available via approved third-party lenders.
- Provides support for financing with Caterpillar Financial and outside finance companies.
- Processes finance orders from approval to funding.
- Participates, when required, in monthly/quarterly meetings with the Caterpillar Territory Managers.
- Processes CAT Commercial Finance transaction invoices as tasked.
- Perform lien searches and releases of equipment on trade-ins and consignments as needed.
- File and terminate UCC filings with the Secretary of State as needed.
- Prepare title paperwork for cash and financed deals for Wagner Equipment as needed.
- Prepares payoffs for rentals, leases and notes requested by salespersons and customers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by lead and/or manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 1+ years customer service experience
Skills
- Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
- Safety & Product Knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Pay
$58,800.00 - $75,800.00 Annually (dependent upon education & experience)
