About the role

This is a regular full-time position with a day work shift (United States of America).

Responsibilities

  • Assists with contracts management and collaborates with key stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure timely execution and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Initiates purchase requests, invoices, and budget tracking reconciliation.
  • Resolves purchase order and invoice issues, and manages vendor payments to meet contractual requirements.
  • Serves as a liaison between Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement, and IT to facilitate timely issue resolution and maintain efficient financial operations.
  • Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
  • Maintains accurate contract and budget tracking records; responsible for closing out open purchase orders and invoices.
  • Analyzes financial performance, identifies trends, and prepares variance analyses and reports.
  • Maintains satisfactory attendance and punctuality, and adjusts to changing situations and work assignments.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a financial-related setting.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Adept at learning processes and applications; able to work independently while keeping your manager updated.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, flexible environment with changing requirements.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with desktop tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Strata applications.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and procedural methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or Science preferred.

Physical working conditions

  • Primarily seated in a comfortable indoor area with frequent opportunity to move about the department and traverse the hospital campus.
  • No exposure to blood, body fluids, tissues, or other potentially infectious materials (OSHA Category 3).
