Finance Business Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support new Client onboarding, enforcing compliance and data integrity
• Assist in credit analysis and monitoring to mitigate company risk and prevent bad debt
• Review of new Client contracts to ensure adherence to company policies
• Perform Client account updates and related changes
• Process monthly invoicing while ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Administer entry of financial transactions and related reconciliations
• Oversee and support the management of accounts receivables
• Ensure positive Client experience by delivering on support service level agreements
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations or related field or equivalent experience

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills as Specialist will be talking with both internal and external clients
• Finance Operations; credit review, billing and/or accounts receivable experience (2+ years)
• Customer Service (2+ years)

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 10am EST to 7pm EST with one day remote
