About the role

Coordinate daily operational activities and ad hoc assignments ensuring adherence to procedures and controls. Perform daily reconciliation of digital assets and fiat balances across wallets, custodians, exchanges, and banks. Investigate reconciliation breaks, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations, or Information Systems.
• Relevant experience in operations, settlements, reconciliation, treasury, custody, brokerage, financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, reconciliations, asset safeguarding, and operational controls.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital-asset wallets, blockchain transactions, exchanges, custodians, or fiat payment processes.
• Awareness of Singapore regulatory environment and MAS requirements for digital-asset businesses.
• Experience with SQL, data-visualization tools, workflow automation, or AI-enabled tools.
