Finance Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

Responsibilities
- Represent banks, other institutional lenders, and borrowers in secured lending transactions
- Demonstrate experience with leveraged finance, though other commercial lending experience is also considered
- Skilled in drafting, editing, and reviewing loan documents, including loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers, and closing documentation
- Communicate complex matters clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and deliver excellent client service
- Show initiative, possess a strong work ethic, team player attitude, and an action-oriented interest in increasing transaction responsibilities
- Demonstrate high initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and client relationship skills
Requirements
- 3-6 years of law firm experience, primarily representing banks, other institutional lenders, and borrowers in secured lending transactions
- Preference given to candidates with specific experience in leveraged lending, syndicated lending, and sponsor finance
Qualifications
- Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in

- Strong business sense
- Effective management of internal and external client and counsel relationships
- Clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing
- High initiative and strong interpersonal skills

Pay
The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in these cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
- Boston, MA annual salary range: $260,000 to $390,000
- Denver, CO annual salary range: $260,000 to $390,000
- New York, NY annual salary range: $260,000 to $390,000
