Finance (Commercial Lending) Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience representing banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions.
- Experience representing lenders in single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.
- Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, collateral documents, pledge agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documentation.
- Experience with venture debt, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, second lien or mezzanine financing.
- Proven track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Independent thinker with a commitment to client service.
- Desire to work in a team environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- A member of the Massachusetts bar.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. Boston, MA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000.
