Responsibilities
- Reconcile invoices with finance-focused assistance, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour workflows.
- Coordinate documentation and status tracking for Travel Experts UK role records, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Review reconciliations with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints follow a finance-focused, assistance-centered work profile.
- Document financial records and generate reports, leaving clear audit trails for each checkpoint.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring financial integrity in all processes.
