Finance Assistant

The Finance Assistant maintains financial record integrity by keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate. Work is evaluated through a finance-focused, assistance-centered lens within the operating context of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain finance-focused assistance with invoice review, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
• Reconcile Swift 7 consultants’ role documentation with status tracking, maintaining traceability and ownership.
• Coordinate reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring deadlines are met and exceptions are documented.
• Review documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and clarity for downstream use.
• Perform document quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they require rework.

Decision Pattern & Quality Standard

Financial record integrity must remain usable under the specific demands of the operating environment. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before causing downstream rework.

• Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the workflow.

Position Details

Full-time, entry-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
