This role focuses on accuracy, traceability, and dependable follow-through within home care administration.

Responsibilities

• Apply finance assistance within home care administration, ensuring documentation and reconciliation are handled confidently and accurately.
• Reconcile financial data without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to finance assistance.
• Document spreadsheet analysis decisions clearly to ensure reasoning is traceable for teammates.
• Use sound judgment in data validation, escalating issues when necessary rather than making assumptions.
• Review and reconcile discrepancies in the Finance Assistant workflow before reporting or processing.
• Maintain tracking of unresolved financial exceptions to ensure timely resolution.
• Keep audit-ready documentation to support financial record integrity.
• Protect confidential account information as part of the Finance Assistant workflow.
• Coordinate financial inputs by reviewing them against supporting records to ensure accuracy.

Pay

Base salary: $44,000–$62,000 per year.
