Responsibilities
- Reconcile finance-focused assistance with invoice review, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the operating context.
- Coordinate G Spa Travel S.A.S. role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for finance-focused tasks.
- Document processes and generate reports, ensuring all actions are traceable and unresolved items have clear ownership.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, entry-level role, 100% remote within the United States. Remote completion of finance-focused tasks requires secure, traceable, and accurate work ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
