Pay & Schedule

Starting wage: $18.50/hr + shift differential. A Shift, 7:00am to 7:00pm. As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Previous Manufacturing Experience Preferred
• Some computer skills preferred
