What You'll Do
- Read and follow assembly drawings
- Use voltmeters, testing equipment, and basic hand tools
- Enter and review test data
- Solder circuit boards
- Inspect parts and identify cosmetic defects
- Assemble military and aviation batteries
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support, mentor, and help train team members
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Lift and maneuver up to 90 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Wear required PPE, including a respirator when needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Willingness to learn and teach assembly processes
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, early morning start
- Saturday as needed
- Approximately 50+ hours per week
Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience
