Assembly Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Overtake daily operations on the production floor to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Assign personnel and delegate tasks to ensure efficient production of parts and vending machines.
• Interpret engineering specifications, job orders, and production prints and communicate clear instructions to team members.
• Train new team members on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain and support team performance while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Load daily production data into the production tracker and maintain accurate records.
• Congregate with departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Confer regularly with managers and other team leads to coordinate operations and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Complete and submit the department's shortage list by noon daily.
• Collect and review daily production logs, entering the data into the appropriate manufacturing files.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area; ensure trash is removed daily.
