We need to output HTML fragment with sections: only those with real content. The posting includes compensation (starting pay range), overview, why you'll love this role (benefits?), responsibilities (list of duties), education & community knowledge, skills & abilities, additional requirements, about chestnut, additional information (EEO etc). We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Additional Information" that includes EEO etc. Also remove "Think you'd be a great fit..." maybe that's not boilerplate but it's encouraging to apply; might be considered application instruction? It says "To be considered, applicants must attach a resume, complete the application, and answer all screening questions." That's application instruction, should be removed. Also "Chestnut welcomes applications from qualified individuals with recovery experience. EOE - Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled" is EEO boilerplate, remove. We need sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. Pay: "Starting pay $23.69 to $27.01 per hour" and "Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and local market conditions." So we can have Pay section with that info. Schedule: The posting mentions "Part-time | Field-based | Klamath Falls, Oregon | Mileage reimbursement provided". Also "Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as assigned based on participant availability." So schedule: part-time, field-based, location, mileage reimbursement, ability to work evenings/weekends. We'll include schedule section. Benefits: Mileage reimbursement provided. Also maybe "Enjoy a flexible, part-time field-based role where every day can look different." That's more about role. Benefits could be mileage reimbursement. Also maybe "Receive mileage reimbursement when using your personal vehicle for required travel." That's benefit. We'll include Benefits section with mileage reimbursement. About the role: Overview paragraph(s). Could combine overview and why you'll love this role? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only those with real content. We have overview: "Take research into the community and help make every participant's voice count. Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a part-time Research Field Interviewer to support community-based research in Klamath County in Southern Oregon. This isn't a desk job. You'll spend much of your time in the community locating and connecting with research participants, conducting interviews, collecting follow-up data, and helping individuals stay engaged throughout the study. The work requires persistence, flexibility, strong people skills, and knowledge of the communities you'll serve. Some participants may be difficult to reach, so success means knowing how to problem-solve, build trust, and keep trying when the first approach doesn't work. If you're comfortable working independently, enjoy meeting people where they are, and want to contribute to meaningful substance use research, we'd love to meet you." That's about the role. Why You'll Love This Role: bullet points: Get out from behind a desk..., Contribute..., Build relationships..., Enjoy a flexible..., Put your communication..., Receive mileage reimbursement..., Join a research team... That could be considered Benefits or maybe part of About the role. But we already have Benefits for mileage reimbursement. Could treat "Why You'll Love This Role" as a list of benefits/positive aspects. Could put under Benefits? But we already have Benefits for mileage reimbursement. Could also treat as "About the role" continuation. However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine overview and why you'll love into About the role section as prose (maybe with

and

for bullet points). The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can put bullet list under About the role as benefits. Responsibilities: The list after "Recruit and connect with research participants..." etc. That's a long list of duties. We'll put those as

      • . Requirements: Could be Education & Community Knowledge plus Additional Requirements (driver's license, vehicle, etc). Could be separate sections: Requirements (education, community knowledge) and Qualifications (maybe skills). But we have Skills & Abilities section. The instruction says we can have Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. We have Education & Community Knowledge: high school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of communities and neighborhoods within Klamath County required; interest in community-based research, substance use services, behavioral health, human services, or related work is a plus. Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance required; Must meet agency requirements for automobile insurance coverage; Reliable personal vehicle required for travel throughout the assigned service area; Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as assigned based on participant availability; Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold; Ability to provide participant transportation when required. These could be considered Requirements (maybe "Requirements" heading). Skills & Abilities: list of skills. Qualifications: maybe combine education and skills? But we have both Requirements and Skills sections. We'll put education/community knowledge and additional requirements under Requirements (maybe split into two sublists? but we can just list all). Then Skills & Abilities under Skills. We also have About Chestnut paragraph; could be under About the role? Or maybe a separate section like "About Chestnut" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings are limited to those listed. We could incorporate About Chestnut into About the role as additional prose, or maybe omit if not needed? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep About Chestnut info. Where to put? Could be under About the role as a paragraph after overview. Or we could create a separate section like "About the organization" but not allowed. So we'll include it in About the role. Additional Information (EEO etc) we remove. Thus final HTML:

We should remove that duplicate from Responsibilities to avoid duplication.
