Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy, and develop key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who determine design opportunities and address existing business challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and other value-added services.
- Interact with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
- Apply extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
- Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market Arrow’s full set of offerings, incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
- Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service.
- Lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell Arrow’s value-added, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs.
- Use sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle to establish and build relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and experience solving complex problems using existing solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
- This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees).
- Due to contractual requirements with the federal government, viable candidates must be U.S. citizens.
Schedule
This position follows a hybrid schedule: 1 day per week in the Denver office and 4 days per week on the road/remote.

Pay
Annual hiring range: $84,300.00 - $159,409.25. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (60% base, 40% commission) will be finalized at offer.
