Field Supervisor (Clearwater Branch)

About the role

Turner Pest Control is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to support and guide a team of 10–15 Pest Control Technicians. In this role, you will ensure top-notch service delivery, foster professional growth among technicians, and play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by keeping properties pest-free.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of 10–15 technicians in pest management for residential and commercial accounts.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and professional development of technicians.
• Provide in-field coaching and one-on-one training.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and run daily team huddles.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to interview, hire, and train new team members.
• Deliver safe and effective pest management solutions to evaluate new customers' needs.
• Maximize required performance outcomes and maintain records of service activities.
• Submit reports to management as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of pest control experience or 2+ years in a supervisor/leadership role.
• State-issued pest control license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and after-hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Comfort using tools like Microsoft Office, smartphones, PestPac, and similar software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to safely climb ladders, kneel, and work in tight spaces as needed.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• High school degree or equivalent.
