About the role
The Field Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of field teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and managing relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee field team operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all field operations comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Manage client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless support for field operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve field operations efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
