General Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of field service technicians, fostering high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and professional conduct.
  • Cookordination and oversight of both technical and administrative support operations, including installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and engineering upgrades at client sites.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of records and management systems related to field service activities.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate staff to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee parts inventory and equipment management to reduce downtime and ensure technicians have the necessary resources for all assignments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.

Additional Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Thorough understanding of industry standards, policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to the field.
  • Demonstrated experience recommending and implementing policies, practices, and procedures with significant organizational impact.
  • Training & Experience with National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), Electrical Safety in the Workplace (NFPA 70E) and OSHA 10/30.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems up to 600 VAC and 2,000 VDC, including electro‑mechanical technology, control systems, and remote monitoring systems.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $107,040.00 - $147,180.00
