General Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of field service technicians, fostering high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and professional conduct.
- Cookordination and oversight of both technical and administrative support operations, including installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and engineering upgrades at client sites.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of records and management systems related to field service activities.
- Select, develop, and evaluate staff to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee parts inventory and equipment management to reduce downtime and ensure technicians have the necessary resources for all assignments.

Additional Qualifications
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Thorough understanding of industry standards, policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to the field.
- Demonstrated experience recommending and implementing policies, practices, and procedures with significant organizational impact.
- Training & Experience with National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), Electrical Safety in the Workplace (NFPA 70E) and OSHA 10/30.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems up to 600 VAC and 2,000 VDC, including electro‑mechanical technology, control systems, and remote monitoring systems.
Pay
Base Salary Range: $107,040.00 - $147,180.00
