Field Service Technician - Commercial Security Systems

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on security systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field or relevant training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for security systems.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to security systems.
• Experience with various types of security systems, including but not limited to access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
