About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on security systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field or relevant training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for security systems.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to security systems.
- Experience with various types of security systems, including but not limited to access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
