About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including alarm panels, cameras, and access control devices.
  • Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues related to their security systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to client requests for service within agreed upon response times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with commercial security systems installation and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of security systems installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for security systems.
