About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including alarm panels, cameras, and access control devices.
- Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues related to their security systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to client requests for service within agreed upon response times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with commercial security systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of security systems installation and maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for security systems.
