About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including alarm panels, cameras, and access control devices.
  • Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues and answer questions about their security systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to emergency calls to install temporary security measures and assist with system recovery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with commercial security systems installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for security systems.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and electrical safety practices.
  • Experience with basic computer troubleshooting and networking.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
