About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on security systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in security systems installation and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of security systems, networking, and basic electrical principles.
Skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for security systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety systems.
