About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
  • Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on security systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in security systems installation and maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of security systems, networking, and basic electrical principles.

Skills

  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for security systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Basic knowledge of fire safety systems.
