About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including alarm panels, cameras, and access control devices.
  • Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal operation.
  • Respond to client requests and emergencies within established response times.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with commercial security systems installation and maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
