About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including alarm panels, cameras, and access control devices.
- Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Respond to client requests and emergencies within established response times.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends to enhance service offerings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with commercial security systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring.
