About the role
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support gaming, fintech, kiosk, ATM, and loyalty equipment across Graton Casino and surrounding locations throughout Northern California. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, traveling between customer sites, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced casino environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair kiosks, ATMs, slot machines, and related gaming/fintech equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance-related issues
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, networking, and system failures using established procedures
- Serve as the primary customer contact for technical service and support-related concerns
- Conduct site surveys and assist with installations, upgrades, and equipment deployments
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for parts, repairs, and service activity
- Travel throughout the assigned service territory, including support for Graton Casino and surrounding regions from Lake County to San Pablo
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule approximately once every four weeks
- Support additional field locations and team members as business needs require
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
- 2+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
- Prior casino, gaming, ATM, kiosk, or fintech equipment experience is highly preferred
- Experience with networking, hardware troubleshooting, software support, and IT systems is strongly desired
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently while managing multiple service calls and priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with moderate to extensive travel throughout Northern California, including occasional overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work with tools and technical equipment
- Comfortable working in casino and customer-facing environments

Pay
The starting compensation range is $49,320k – $67,815k USD with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
Schedule
This position offers a hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office work.
