Field Service Representative - MB Airport

Responsibilities

• Performing in-service and delivery of new equipment at the customer site
• Assisting in the training of new operators at customer sites
• Being dispatched to customer locations to conduct repairs on heavy equipment ranging from hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, or programming issues
• Conducting inspections and conducting preventative maintenance services across all our product lines
• Conducting troubleshooting on various systems to determine the root cause of the issue

Qualifications

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet time deadlines
• Must be able to work independently and in different environments
• Required to own basic hand tools for standard heavy equipment repair
• Willingness to travel up to 100% throughout the United States
