About the role
Inizio Engage is building a nationwide team of Field Service Representatives to support ongoing brand initiatives and HCP engagement. This is an entry-level role in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing brand initiatives including transitioning from retail to specialty pharmacy partners and broadening brand awareness.
- Engage with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) by probing, answering questions, and discussing potential benefits of new approaches.
- Maintain an expert understanding of the product, access landscape, patient and consumer education, and market dynamics.
- Implement strategic call plans to exceed goals for assigned geographies.
- Analyze previous customer interactions and available data to tailor unique sales approaches for each target office.
- Prioritize opportunities at a local level, across various channels, and develop/implement strategies for targeted accounts.
- Ensure providers understand the benefits of utilizing the Specialty Pharmacy network at the local level to support patient access to care.
- Employ interaction techniques, including pre-call planning, opening, presentation focus, and productive questions.
- Customize sales messages to align with known customer needs and share information on approved support resources.
- Complete all call reporting responsibilities following current procedures.
- Balance study and certification time with off-territory hours to learn medical, product, and policy information, and maintain supplies, equipment, and records.
- Prepare for and participate in all required field meetings and training classes.
- Complete all required Compliance training within set timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical/Medical Device Sales, Professional Sales, Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner, Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service, or Account Management
- Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
- Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $46K – $85K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
